Currently, Chef Wilo Benet manages three restaurants. The flagship project is Pikayo, a fine dining restaurant located at the Conrad Condado Plaza Hotel. Payá is a casual dining restaurant is located at City View Plaza in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The newest restaurant is Varita, a wood-burning rotisserie located in the Condado area of San Juan.
