I enjoyed this video very much.I had tried making the alcapurrias from memory the way I remember my mom making them,but they never came out looking like yours, that must be why you have a couple of restaurants and I only have a kitchen stove. Just a joke. I will go ahead and purchase the cook book as soon as possible. I am interested in being able to cook other dishes from the island, I will check out your cook book and if I have any questions regarding a particular dish I will contact you for help.
